Our passion for wine and sparkling wines stems from a deep understanding of winemaking culture and our vineyards, as well as our relentless pursuit of the best production technologies. Our temperature-controlled tanks and 85 autoclaves produce over 40,000 hectoliters of sparkling wine, enabling us to consistently deliver high-quality products that showcase their finest organoleptic qualities. Additionally, our two bottling lines can produce over 40 million bottles each year, enabling us to maintain high standards while meeting substantial production demands.
Certifications
Bosco Viticultori ensures high quality through the expertise of our technicians, modern facilities, and thorough controls. Our BRC and IFS certifications demonstrate our commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality.
Since 2021, the company has participated in the SQNPI (Italian National Quality System for Integrated Production) certification scheme, which promotes agricultural practices that comply with regional integrated production regulations. Our quality system is recognised at the EU level, and we have established an active complaint reporting system through the SQNPI Observatory (OsservatorioSQNPI@politicheagricole.it).
